1. Data controller

2. Personal data we process

• Identity: first and last name.
• Contact: phone number, e-mail address, city/country.
• Customer transaction: request type, products of interest, leather and size preferences, your message.
• Room design: room dimensions, door/window layout, colour and floor choices, placed products and the rendered image of the design created with "Design My Room". A room design does not identify you on its own; it is linked to your request only when you leave your contact details.
• Transaction security: IP address, date and time of the request, browser information.
• Marketing (only with your separate consent): contact details for campaign and new collection announcements.

3. Purposes

• Preparing quotes, prices and delivery times; contacting you about your request.
• Sending you the rendered image and share link of your room design.
• Arranging showroom visits and providing pre-order measurement and product advice.
• Ensuring information security and preventing misuse and automated (bot) submissions.
• With your consent: sending campaign, new product and event announcements.

4. Legal grounds and collection

Your data is collected electronically and in person through the forms and room planner on our website, WhatsApp and phone calls, and in our stores.

Processing for quotes and communication relies on KVKK Article 5/2-c (directly related to entering into a contract) and 5/2-f (legitimate interest); transaction security data relies on 5/2-ç (legal obligation) and 5/2-f. Commercial electronic messages are sent only with your explicit consent (KVKK 5/1) and your approval under Law No. 6563, which is registered in the Message Management System (İYS).

5. Transfers

Your data may be transferred, limited to the purposes above, to our hosting, e-mail and communication service providers, to partners delivering or installing orders, and to authorised public authorities upon request. Where service providers' servers are located abroad, transfers are made in accordance with KVKK Article 9.

6. Retention

Quote and design requests are kept for 2 years from the last activity, marketing consents until you withdraw them, and security logs for the period required by law; afterwards they are deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your rights

• Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it,
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
• Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred,
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, and deletion or destruction under KVKK Article 7, and notification of these to third parties,
• Object to outcomes against you resulting exclusively from automated analysis,
• Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing (KVKK Article 11).
